Visión Holistica started up in December of 2020 as a niche consulting service, specializing in human capital, compliance and policy and procedure formulation.

Visión holistica is Spanish for holistic, it means that we will look at your business as a whole, and not just the parts it is made up of, all while we provide you with unique tailor-made solutions.

This means, whether you are a small business owner or a large corporate, we are able to provide customized services that suit your specific human capital & process implementation needs.

What does the word holistic mean to us?

We believe that the only way to add value to your business is to understand your value chain, end-to-end.

Human capital and adherence to processes are an integral part of your organisational success, and one cannot simply adopt a blanket approach to retaining key talent, convincing employees to buy in to your business objectives and even when dealing with complex labour-related matters.

Your business is unique, and your consulting should be too.

The owner and founder of Visión Holistica, Tanya Lourens, holds numerous HR qualifications and comes from a consulting background serving over 50+ clients from different industries and all with varied organisational needs, mainly focused on HR and Industrial Relations with an exceptional compliance and CCMA/ Bargaining Council track record.

Subsequently her focus has shifted to starting up her own consulting business as she noticed there was a gap in the market for holistic consulting services that will look at an organizations entire operation while providing Human Resource and Compliance Support. The South African Labour landscape together with all the laws, sectoral determinations and codes of good practice can be tricky to navigate to say the least, whether your business has an existing HR department or whether you are just starting out, support in this field is always necessary, and hence Visión Holistica was born.
